The creamy, tart cheesecake plus the crunchy, sweet cookie bits is bite size dessert happiness! 🙂 Now, my version of the left handedness rant. I am left handed. For a decade or so, I was an elementary teacher and never quite understood why the parents of left handed kids were so thrilled to hear their child had a left handed teacher. Then I became the parent of a left handed daughter (genetics) and finally understood. Right handed people are so used to being the “norm” that they don’t think about details like how a paper is turned on a desk (so a left handed child doesn’t turn their hand upside down or smear ink all over), or like what side of the computer the mouse is on….or if it is a universal mouse that can be used by either hand. There are lots of statistics on the higher than “norm” percentages of creative and intellectual genius amongst left handed people. Ah, the handicapping burden of giftedness! 😉 End of rant. Thanks for this cheesecake….which I will mix up with my left hand. 😉
