I totally never would have thought to bake it in that type of a pan, but hey it works. I love ricotta and cream cheese in cheesecakes…but I think it is a acquired taste. I just made one for my book and my hubby wasn’t a big fan of that one, but I loved it! And I know I would love this one covered in Snickers goodness!!!!
