Fun Friday!

Happy Friday! I’ve posted my own Friday recipe for Nectarine Crumb Pie, so take a look. It’s a doozy!

And now for something completely different. It’s a new day, and it’s time to let my fellow food bloggers shine! I want to give all of you a chance to share your recipes, so every Friday I’ll be opening up the doors here at Just About Baked. Link up and enjoy the ride!

I look forward to seeing your recipes and featuring them in the coming weeks. For today, I’ll share a few of my own personal favorites from my blog. These recipes are perfect for summer and will get any picnic or barbecue off the ground!

For you strawberry lovers out there, get a start on your summer with these Strawberry Crumb Bars. They’re sure to please even the pickiest of crumb fans!

And along those lines, nothing is more summery than a frozen margarita. But if you want to get that flavor in a dessert, try these Margarita Mini-Bundts!

Very refreshing, I promise you.

Personally, I never feel like a barbecue or a picnic is complete without brownies in some form. For a fun and decorative dessert that is bursting with brownies, you can make this very easy and festive Peanut Butter Cup Brownie Trifle!

It doesn’t take long, and your friends will be super impressed.

And for those of you who love your chocolate without peanut butter (whaaaat?!), these M & M Cookie Dough Fudge Bars are a must for any picnic. They taste just like cookie dough with a giant layer of fudge on top, but they’re no bake and egg-free! They will disappear extremely quickly, though, so be prepared.

Now it’s your turn to show off! You can post up to three recipes, so go nuts! And remember to view other people’s links and comment. We all work hard, and we deserve props for the amazing food we make. Make somebody feel good with a warm fuzzy comment today!

And I will be picking a few recipes from this week’s link-up to share next Friday, so stay tuned for more excitement!

I fulfill many roles in life: wife, mother, teacher, everlasting learner. This site is dedicated to one role that expresses my creativity in ways that I find consistently challenging and rewarding: baker. Inventing new ways to enhance food, especially if that food involves chocolate or peanut butter (or both!), is a passion of mine. I look forward to sharing my ideas with you.
