Chocolate Linzer Tart

Chocolate Linzer Tart

Welcome back to Thanksgiving Pie Week on Just About Baked! I’ve been having way too much fun with this, everyone. I’m getting my pastry chef alter ego out and dusting her off!

It’s Monday morning and I’m a little on the exhausted side. Father’s Day was great, but crazy partying comes at an expense to my beauty sleep.

They had a dessert that was fairly simple, but the best food in life is that way. They had those cinnamon donuts and the richest, best chocolate sauce to dip them in. I’ve never forgotten, and that experience is the root of my love for cinnamon with chocolate.
