They look great. I love biscotti and as you say, it's so helpful that they keep well. You've reminded me that I ha39e&#vn;t made any for ages. Must rectify that. I have a recipe already, but it's quite sweet so I might try yours instead!

I do not like to be cold either. My hubby gets so mad when he comes home and I have the heat blasting away! LOL! These are such a fun cookie! I love the hidden center! Next week I have a cookie to share that is very similar. Great minds think alike 🙂

Well this is genius!! A mint kiss in the middle sounds heavenly for sure. We freeze at my office too. I work for a doctor who does surgery and needs it to be cold at ALL times. We have space heaters under our desk. Happy Holidays Mir! LOVE these cookies. 😉

As someone who is cold when it’s 75 degrees out, I feel your pain. I’m just naturally cold. Someday I think I might invest in a large rock, place it out in the sun, and then curl up on it to warm myself up like a cold-blooded animal.
These cookies look so cute. They really put me in a festive mood. And I can’t get enough of those Christmas kiss flavors.

Hahahaha! You always make me laugh. You have the most eloquent and funny approach to TRUE life situations. I totally agree that we live in a man’s world, but I had NO idea HVAC systems are set to what men prefer as far as temp. I can tell you that in THIS house, our thermometer is set to MY preference. Boy pitched a fit for, like, a week and finally gave up. #GirlPower. You should make signs and picket about the temperature setting… I mean how can you possibly teach either A) Freezing Cold or B) With Cookies constantly in your mouth?! Anyways, these cookies look fabulous! LOVE the powdered sugar up in here! And that candy cane kiss center?! YAAAHHHSSS! Pinned! Cheers, doll! <3
